Ahmed’s crew came on time, keeping in mind the traffic. i opted to have the deep cleaning during the day time on a week day as it tends to be less busy. A crew of 4 came over to deep clean the curtains, windows (i have huge floor to ceiling picture windows in 2 rooms), a sofa and air conditioning. They did a great job and were neat and clean..kept cleaning up after themselves and made my work much lighter. everything was spic and span. i didnt really have to supervise but was around incase they needed anything. 2 others came later as they were the AC cleaning specialists, whilst the other 4 were specialists in other deep cleanings. i didnt have to pay any extra than what was decided even though the crew increased by 2. i also found them to charge as reasonable as any offer i may find elsewhere.

Very disappointed, felt I did not get my moneys worth for a deep cleaning. They do not vacuum, just mop around dirty water. They used the same water to mop my balcony that had bird poop to mop the inside of my apartment, I had to tell them to change the water but they didn't want to until I mentioned it 3 times!! On top of that they arrived 2 hours late! This is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed in their service, I do not recommend.
